Catalyst handling technology

Silo cleaning technology
BUCHEN-ICS removes deposits and material bridges in silos with mobile cleaning systems. We select and use these systems in accordance with the application. The containers do not have to be entered for the cleaning. This creates additional safety and protects the bulk material at the same time.

Chemical cleaning technology
We carry out chemical cleaning in place, thus without time-consuming disassembly of the plant. The technology used covers all steps involved - from systems for effective and thorough rinsing, considering the relevant analytics, to fully automatic compressed air dryers for a fast final drying phase.
